That way we will KNOW if there's an after life or not? Why isn't anyone doing this?

The problem is with the damage from freezing process itself. As in a previous answer, the ice crystals in the cells are only part of the problem. The body contains 1000's of chemicals that freeze at different rates and temperatures.

Some cells will suffer irreversible harm just due to the extreme low temperature. Still others will release chemicals in the cooling process that will cause further damage. (YES! Your body can still have chemical reactions after the brain, heart, and lungs stop functioning.)

If you are interested in life after death, do a search for NDE's or near death experience. There is some legit research and incredible findings out there.

BTW, Walt Disney was NOT frozen. This is an urban legend.

no human won't be able to be freezed and extra again to existence because the ice crystals are shaped even as the body is freezed so cellular metabolism fails. it isn't plausible to deliver that cellular again to existence . even the neuro cellular wreck them selfs ensuing a wreck of worried equipment. the mind and the different cellular of human body consist huge volume of h2o so that is notn plausible

Because ice crystals form in the freezing process and rip the cell walls open.

it's common practice for cerebrovascular surgery to freeze people to the point of "death" (heart does stop beating) for repairing without the risk of hemorrage.

No, Grey's Anatomy did not make this up (although incidentally I did see this the other day on that show). it's being done. but it only lasts for a brief period.

now, long term criogenics, that's the tricky one.

Cell death is irreversible. And Walt Disney is not cryogenically frozen. He's buried.
