Witch hazel and soap/water seem to work. The witch hazel works really well if you have excess hair dye on your scalp too.

Hair dye is designed not to be washed off with shampoo, you are all silly for suggesting that. I am a stylist we have a few tricks in my shop. Cigarette ash, color remover, also try an ABRASIVE soap like lava.

more hair dye will lift hair color off your skin...put some on a cloth and rub it on the stain , but rinse it off quick or youll just end up with a bigger stain

u should have used gloves and been more carefull...try antibacterial soap and water andd scrubb as much as u can... a good thing to try might be ponz that usually works

use lotion. u should have put lotion on your arms . and u should have been wearing gloves. your a messy dyer. try lotion, wash ur hands, use hand sanitizer, try everything or just wait until the color gets off.
