mata oai dekireba ureshii desu is a very polite way of saying "I hope I can meet you again."
Ai shiteru is the closest translation. However, you'll only hear it in songs and on TV or in movies. It's considered a little too poetic and flowery for day-to-day conversation.
Koi shiteru is a strong way to express it, and not as embarrassing as "ai shiteru."
However, generally people just say "suki!" which literally translates to "like", or "daisuki!" which is "really like."
