I lost about 30 lbs by cutting out carbs and sugar from my diet and exercising. To make it easier for myself I was very strict about the diet Monday thru Friday and on the weekend I would eat some carbs but not too many. And if it is hard for you to exercise try joining a spin/cycling class at the gym. It helps to keep you pumped up and the hour goes by alot faster.

I recently have lost 30 lbs since July on the Cambridge Diet and really like it.

I also lost a good deal of weight several years ago on a raw fruits and veggies diet where I ate nothing but raw food. That was pretty good too but I felt hungry all the time and it cost me a small fortune to buy all the fresh food. At the least with the cambridge diet there's a lot of variety and if you make it through the first 4 days the hunger leaves. I have multiple family members who have tried this diet, some with health issues, and so far everyone has stuck with it and loves it. I've been on it since July but have gone back and forth between the various programs they offer. (Fast Start where you eat nothing but Cambridge or Maintenance where you eat Cambridge plus a meal. You lose weight either way but at a slower rate with the Maintenance) I also liked cambridge because they offer a lot of moral support and really stress how to keep the weight off once you've lost it through behavior modification.

Of course, there's always Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers. I hear they're great, but I couldn't afford them either. The first month is okay but then after that it gets a little costly. LOL! I know several people who did both and really liked it. They especially liked the meetings for the moral support.

My vote is for the cambridge diet because I'm always broke and can afford to do this long term but if you can afford the other diets they are great as well !

Hope this helps!

I do circuit traininf. I hate excercising. I get on the treadmil at an incline of 3 at 5.5mph for 10 miniutes, i ahte this so 10 minutes isnt bad because just when i start to want to quit i do, i take 1 minute water break and get on the stairclimber for 10 minutes same thing applies, take 1 minute water break and im on another type of cardio machine.
30 minutes of cardio is great makes you sweat like crazy.
You can also buy a sweat band made for you stomach or thighs helps you lose water weight.
If you need energy i recomend LIPO 6.

Hope this helps.

I just had baby number 2 and dropped all weight in 4 weeks.

you're able to do it in a healthful way by targetting approximately 2 lbs a week. remember that's fat loss which you're able to be targetting, no longer weight help. you should income a some muscle in this area. purpose for a fat % of sixteen-23% a million) Set goals - it rather is the place maximum folk fail. Write this down on paper and place all of them around you - at paintings, on the refrigerator, contained in the mattress room reflect, etc. 2) eat precise - you do no longer could count variety energy, yet make a plan. you're able to have protein, carb, fat contained in the ratio around 40 5: 35 : 20. The carbs could be complicated carbs (greens, total wheat bread) and the fat could be heathy one (nuts, olive oil, fish). 3) Weight prepare - devoid of this you in all probability won't be able to sustain your weight help. The muscle you income will help burn fat after understanding even once you're resting. prepare 3-4 days a week. while you're a amateur hire a coach. 4) cardio - in my opinion, that's rather not mandatory, yet very useful. Do HIIT (extreme intensity Intervel education) 5-6 days a week, ideally on an empty abdomen first element contained in the morning good success

I started working out on my new treadmill at the end of January and by the end of July I had lost 40 pounds, but I had to push myself and do at least 100 minutes of workout on the treadmill every single day to achieve this. My metabolism naturally got better and now I'm not as hungry as I used to be, so that helps too, because I eat less. I also incorporated some healthier choices (yogurt, grapes, nuts, oat bran, etc.) into my diet as snacks.

Yes, I lost 70 pounds. It took me 6 months, and I only gained 10 of it back. My method was/is pretty basic.
Step 1: Give yourself permission to be happy and beautiful so you can focus on your self-improvements without guilt.
Step 2: Find physically active things you really enjoy doing (like for me it was going out dancing and taking long walks)
Step 3: Find foods that you love that are really healthy. For best results, start with tons of fresh organic fruits and vegetables because you can eat them all you want.
Step 4: Be patient! It's a process. So, realize that you're in it for the long-term (lifelong term, if you think about it) and talk about your progress with people who are supportive. They'll help you hang in there!

yes.

I ate healthier. Fruit and Veges more, ate smaller portions. Also walked daily for at least 45 minutes.

I lost 30 ponds that way, and another 15 pounds when I became super stressed from work. :-)
