I just started a new school, and on my first day, was shown around school by this GORGEOUS man. At lunch, when I brought it up to a few girls, they all told me to stay away, that it was hopeless - he was already taken. I thought 'so what', its just a little thing, but then they explained their history. They've been together ALL of their life, and are practically married.They're nice to everyone, but keep to their small group of friends.Anyways, she said they were everyones Romeo and Juliet -and then they walked onto the Quad holding hands, and everyone (like 500 people) turned and looked, and then they kissed - and I swear, they glowed.The thing is, she isn't that attractive - kinda fat. I can't see what he sees in her! I'm pretty hott, and I think I'm allot better for him. Besides,High School couples don't last - so why can't he give me a try? I want to know how to catch his eye - and succed! Even if it's just a one-night hookup, I want him. How should I do it? Don't tell me not too!

BTW, everyone loves them - I think it's pathetic. They were prom queen and king last year, and both years before, homecoming queen and king. Yea, sure, they're soulmates, blah blah blah. But why can't he can't give any other girl the time of day? Sure, he's friends with a tons of girl, but he doesn't flirt with anyone but her. He even got on bended knee and kissed her hand in the hallway today - and it ticks me off. Why is everyone so sure they are made for one another? Don't they need to date other people? For cryin out loud - since the day they were born? their parents are friends, thats why) What's up with that? Give little 'ol me a chance. He's italian, almost 6 feet tall, muscular, -basically tall dark and handsome. I want him! Please, just give me a few ideas on how to get his eyes off her and onto me!

Well, first don't cut the other girl down she mabe ugly, but she has a guy and shes happy. Second, Don't make yourself seem better than her that's not healthy. Third, try to build up a relationship. Relationships don't happen in the blink of an eye. Forth of all, he is taken so become friends with him if he doesn't like it he'll show it! And last but not least be yourself because guys can tell when you act stupid. (And to be honest, it freaks them out)

Part of me wants to get really nasty with you for saying all of this, and part of me just wants to say that I'm sorry that you feel the way you do about us.
