Tell him that he is "well endowed." That'll perk him up a bit. He won't know what the hell you mean, but, he'll be impressed that you used a complex word to describe him.
Guys like to think they are different than other guys. I think it's an egotistical aspect of our behavior.

Do a double take and say with a smile, "Dayum you look good today!" Make sure you touch his arm, or shoulder as you say it, and keep good eye contact.
