sodium is meant to be at a balance in the body. salt knocks that balance off. It can not only cause high blood pressure but also swelling in the limbs especially the feet and tiredness.

dehydration and potnetial kidney damage. make sure to drink at least 8 cups of water a day! (That's only 4 large glasses.)

you dont need to stay away from salt
just minimize it, or just include the healthy amount in your diet
