I suggest you contact the Imperial War Museum and ask them. Alternatively, go direct to Brize. See this :
The largest RAF Station in the UK, Brize Norton is the nerve centre of the RAF's air transport capabilities. Opened in 1937, the Station was used to train airborne forces, before being handed over to the USAF in 1950. Strategic Air Command based B-29 and B-47 bombers at Brize, before the RAF reclaimed the Station for use as a tanker and transport base.
You need to be aware that the station was heavily upgraded after the war so there is a high probability that the current hangar was not even there during the war.

cant help you really on this. but have you tried searching the internet or even posting a advert in the local paper to see if anybody replys to it. try writing to the RAF by using the freedom of information act see if thats works if not i cant help sorry. hope the info helps you on your way,
