This Racist_Beaner's kids would have to pay out-of-state tuition if they wanted to attend UCLA or USC or San Diego State. We are dumb citizens.

But if you get your parents to break several major federal laws (illegally entering the country, illegally obtaining a drivers license, illegally obtaining social security numbers, not paying your taxes, identity theft, housing code violations, etc), and you are now an adult illegal alien when you turn 18, YOU TOO CAN NOW GET FINANCIAL AID AND IN-STATE TUITION, paid in full by the stupid American taxpayer.

Ain't LaLa land grand, where you can screw the tax payer to pander to interest groups.

It wouldn't be so bad if the tax dollars came only from stupid Californians, but federal dollars are the biggest funds for this. So you in Ohio are paying for this crap.

Lawmakers approve financial aid to illegal immigrants

AZ Tuna: Many people who want the illegals deported also resent that the babies are granted automatic citizenship just because they were illegally born here, so I doubt this person wants to raise a legal baby. He probably wants the "legal" taken off.

And yes, too many benefits are granted to illegals and citizens who pay tax dollars and who have to fight for everything and still get denied things are not eligible for the same benefits. I believe that minorities of all types are under the misguided notion that just because you're white you don't have to struggle. If you have $100 and the person next to you has $500, it's easy to say they have it better, but neither one can someone live on. It's the same principle regarding other things, especially opportunities.

I actually recently heard a liberal on TV admit what I've long suspected them to believe: that the majority doesn't need representation. That is a narrow-minded and unrealistic viewpoint. And it is very dangerous. If people don't take into consideration the majority's rights as well, they will take them back themselves, but with much more of a mob-mentality type of way of doing it. For example, if the government officials do not take into consideration citizens' concerns about illegal immigration, when people are not racist, but have a say about what is allowed to take place in this country, then people have a tendency to go extreme by force. The membership on the KKK in history has risen and fallen depending on events that took place and decisions made by the government. This is the extreme behavior I'm talking about. It didn't have to come to that, but a similar thing may happen if people do not actively respect the rights of the majority. The Latinos' apparent disregard for America's citizens' wishes is one of the major things they resent. When people take things into their own hands the lines become blurred and intricate distinctions cannot afford to be made.

De La Torra is a Mexican and and liberal Democrat, this should have been put before the people to vote on, I am glad no Republican voted for it. That is just like a liberal unfair and expecting the tax payers, who do not want illegals here to pay the bill, when our own students don't have the money or the privilege of getting financial aide. This is illegal and should not be allowed these people are criminals and their children should not be rewarded for their parents criminal acts. And these law makers should be voted out of office. As to your question, you had better tell them your kids are illegal if you want them to get help going to college, and make sure they are the right color also, if their to white they are out of luck they will have to use dark makeup to pass.

Hey Coragryph,
So I suppose if their "Illegal Friggin Parents" are deported, we're supposed to send the little "Legal Babies" to you're house till their 18, huh?

As far as my reply to the question posted,
Here in Arizona, if someones stupid enough to try and cross thru the desert (avg daytime high 120*)
and survive but need medical care due to exposure, they're instantly eligible for state funded care. I work at a job that offers no medical insurance, work 40hrs aweek, and I ain't eligible.
The term "illegal" cancels any protection due them according to "The Bill of Rights".
Now that;s WTF!!!!!!

Illegal immigrants have more rights than real Americans. It's disgusting what politicians will do to get votes.

If you don't like the laws, change the laws.

But children of people who broke the law are not themselves criminal. So just deal with the fact that people who legally live in-state get in-state tuition, even if they are related to people who broke some laws.
