yes, they are great with delivery. If you have a piece of furniture damaged during delivery they will replace it as soon as they have it in stock. They were easy to work with. Ashley Furnitre was a nightmare. After you pay for the furniture the customer service is awful. They damaged 2 pieces of my furniture and it was tough luck. I had to go to the top to get it repaired & they will not work with you on a time that is convient to come do the repairs.

Yes. I have purchased many pieces of furniture from Havertys. All good quality pieces. Have had no problems with any sales people or any aspect of doing business with them. They sell only fine quality furniture. I would highly recommend them.

Over Hyped, over priced, overly snobbish sales force, pretentious sales floors, and facades,,, and the same can be purchased elsewhere. There is very little unique, inviting, or of long lasting interest.
