it is recommended that you lose no more than 1-2 lbs per week if you want to maintain muscle tone and more importantly, keep the weight off. losing too fast generally involves some type of fad- or binge-dieting, neither of which helps in the long run.

while drinking water is excellent, also add more fat-free milk to your diet - it has been shown to help burn more calories than in those who don't drink milk! plus, your diet is pretty lacking in calcium-rich foods - consider fat-free yogurt as a snack!

to add to your body's fat-burning capabilities, add strength training to your regimen. by doing many reps with light weights, you will tone your body without adding too much bulk. muscle burns calories even while you are sleeping!

remember, whichever way you choose to lose weight, make sure it's something you can continue in the long-term!

good luck!

About 20-35 lbs. That is a great diet but it is lacking carbs. Carbs = Energy. I know that carbs are sometimes the reason for obesity, but if you have COMPLEX carbs like whole grain bread, then you are using good carbs. If I were you, with dinner I would have a slice of whole wheat bread or something.

Well good luck with that!

if you completely stick to that, you could lose 20 - 30 lbs in a month.

to lose more, take up basketball twice a week (or three times) for two hours each time, and really work up a sweat (but stretch before you play, or you might hurt a muscle).

good luck and God bless you.

reducing you intake is good, but you need to exert more callories than you consume to lose weight. that does'nt mean eat less then what you have described, it means shake your butt.
