Am I understanding this correctly? The Christians are going to the Muslim hell, the Muslims are going to the Christian hell, and everyone else is going to heaven? Is this correct?

No, no, no.

Jews AND Muslims are going to Christian hell - along with ALL other religious & non-religious people who "got no Jesus."

All but 22 Christians and 1 Jew are going to Muslim hell.

Nobdody knows who's going to Jewish hell because nobody knows where the hell that hell is.

In the meatime, Buddhists are having a hell of a good laugh.

Ok. I'm getting kind of tired of these questions so I want you to spread the word when I tell you this. It's only the Muslim and Christian extremists who want to kill everyone else. Both the Quoran and the Bible want you to live good lives, and accept others. As long as you believe in God and accept him, this goes for Judaism too, you will go to heaven. If you break a commandment or wrong another person, you must truly repent for your sins. You will not go to Hell unless you TRULY ask for it or are just plain evil. It's all about morals. Religion was created by man as a way to get people to lead better lives and follow rules. Rules were made for people's protection and harmony. Love one another, love God, respect all. And you're good.

Incorrect, as Sabirah said, there is only 1 Heaven and there is only 1 Hell. And there is only One God, which Christians, Jews, and Muslims all believe in.

As Muslims, although the Quran gives some indications as to the good and bad characteristics one should have to go to Heaven or Hell, ultimately, we don't know where ANYONE will go.

For instance, I could pray every day, but God may not accept my prayers. Or I may never pray to God and God may forgive me anyways. It's up to God, and we'll find out our fate on the Day of Judgment.

That's why Muslims say "Allahu Alam" as a response to this question, which means "Only God Knows," or "God Knows Best," because we are mere mortals and we don't know who will go to Heaven and who will go to Hell.

Allahu Alam. Peace Be Upon You All (Assalamu Alaykum).

Like you, I don't believe in either type of hell - any more than I believe in ghosts and gobblins on Halloween. But to me, it is not Christian or Islamic hells that bother me. It is people who actually believe that those places are real, and so, live their entire lives in fear. That is what God would like to change. God wants to change the basic understanding of WHO GOD IS and to get rid of the sources of FEAR and superstition so that a true, loving relationship can be established. This IS something that God desires to achieve - and there are many of us, doing that here and all over the world. If mankind wants a future, these superstitious notions have to be overthrown and replaced with The Truth - and if not, then it is mankind that will end itself, not God - that will be sad, when we do it to US because we didn't have the education, common sense, ears or right understanding, to know God's true nature and SEE IT IN OURSELVES.
