why is it that men are constantly having to approach a woman and meet and greet her sometimes thats the hardest thing to do, is there any women out there brave enough to approach a man

I dont know about that one I mean its tough, honestly I have trouble as a guy approaching women too. Nowadays I mean its almost like a literal slap in the face if you talk to somebody and you get turned down, at the same time though you learn from it. I really get alot of, wow iam glad you asked me out type things because I think your hot. I dont view myself that way and neither do most guys. Its also an issue of pride, I mean if you are with your friends are you going to talk to a girl in front of them with the fear of getting rejected no probably not. The truth of the matter is though that some girls will approach you and are aggressive about approaching guys and that I can appreciate. The other half of the problem is everything that us guys would feel a girl feels it too so its like a shootout at high noon, who will make the first move, and if you do will you end up dead in the water. As tough as it may be sometimes you just have to take the proverbial slaps in the face and keep trying, if your trying to save dignity be real your living in a world that stripped you of that a long time ago, maybe you just done know it yet.

Yes, of couse..
I know from my own actions. Reason being, I dont like waiting And I hate the "what ifs". If I see somthing that I want, or a person who I want to get to know more about... I won't wait for them to approach me. Why should I? I am a kick butt person that anyone would find interesting. lol
But mostly if or when I approached guys the reason was more about the "what ifs"... cause the "what ifs" are what drives me nuts.
Like what if I talked to him, what would have happened? It could turn in to somthing wonderful. And if not w/e. I mean I have to much stuff on my mind already to think about the "what ifs". So talk to them, not nesisarily hit on them, just talk. And whats the worst that could happen, he rejects me (rare occation lol)... well then ill just go to the club that night and have a bunch of guys tell me im hot to boost my ego, ifs it hurtin.
Well I hope I answered you question. & I would also think most girls who have confidence and are outgoing would approach guys as well.. i know the rest of my girls have the same mentality as I do on this topic.

Most women like to be pursued. And likewise most men like to do the pursuing. But there are women out there who approach men all the time. I've done it before and so have some of my friends. It all depends on the circumstance. If I had a choice though, I would rather be pursued.

Yes there are but mostly it scares the he** out of the guy and they both lose the opportunity to get to know each other.
Not only that but it seems the guys assume since she's brave enough to make the first move, she immediately wants to jump in the sack.
Keep up the approaching, u look like a decent guy. Speak softly my dear and leave your big stick out of it.

I have a few friends that are put off by a man's approach, and actually do the approaching themselves. And typically to the quiet guy in the corner! Hope is not lost, they are out there and they're not desperate!

If I'm at a club and I see a hot guy, then I will go talk to him and I think that a lot of women are like that. What is the worst that could happen? I would rather go through life knowing that I took chances rather than regretting the chances i never took!

Well sweetie I see nothing wrong with a women going up to a man. that's how me and my man gotten together and we are still together 5 years later. I think that maybe it could be the age of girls you deal with because a real women will go get what she wants and that what I did I saw something I like and i went for it

Women feel better about themselves when a guy approaches them. It boosts their confidence. Some women are too nervous to approach me in fear of rejection. There are a few... I'm sometimes one of them.
