yes, it is profane...it is sign language for f**k you!
you could get into alot of trouble..........i don't recommend it. If you are having trouble with someone picking on you, you should tell someone instead!

Nothing...I stuck mine up at some rude lady at the BMV infront of everyone including some police officers. I guess the worse case could be they site you for disorderly conduct, but that is crazy!
