On Monday morning I woke up with a slight rash on my stomache, arms, and legs. I've never had a rash before, but I figured it was going to go away so I didn't do anything. Today when I woke up, the rash had spread. It is on my back, back of my hands, arms, really bad at my elbows and knees, but still not on my face. There are a couple of little red speckles on my cheeks, but it's not noticable.

My stomache is slightly itchy, but I' trying not to scrach it. My neck is also itchy, but the rest of my body is kind of tingly I guess. I have an apointment tomorrow with my university doctor, but does anyone know what this could be?

I haven't washed my sheets in anything new or used different body wash. I did eat a hazel nut and some pecans the day before the rash appeared, but in the past I could eat pecans.

PLEASE HELP! THANKS!

You might want to see a doctor. It could even be chicken pox! Have u had them before? If not then theres a bif possibility it will be that. put some callimine lotion on it. try not to scratch or it may leave scars. if u want to scratch put on an oven glove or boxing glove and scratch with that. dont use ur fingers tho. other than that it could be an allergic reaction. maybe ur allergic to something u dont know about. i had an allergy test not too long ago and i never knew i was allergic to grass. or at least i think i am??? oh well. lol. oh and it could be pityriasis rosea - its an allergic reaction due to an earlier infection. have u had any? just go to the doctor tomorrow like u said. and see there if u have anything. im itchy all over too but i have no rash. yet. i wouldnt trust alot of the ppl on here. just some that u know give good answers. just listen to the doctor.

It sounds like chicken pox or reseolla, or measles. Or did you go swimming in a fresh water lake? If so, it could be Cedar Itch - it is caused by too many geese crapping in the water. The bacteria from it gets on your skin and causes a rash - usually apears about 12 to 24 hours after exposure.

sounds like an allergic reaction. I remember years ago I had the same thing happen and I had never had a rash or any allergenic things happen to me but the doctor said it was some type of small bug bite even like a small worm (like how you can get ring worm from playin in the mud) and my body just rejected it completly. It suxd if it was on my shoulder and I scratched down my arm to my hand within 5 mins it would spread to that area. Good Luck!

Could be allergies,my toddler has the same thing and the dotors prescribed Benadryl, and it stops the itching and the bumps go away.He said its like a heat rash but triggered by sensitive skin.He recommended that I use perfume free, dye free detergents, lotions, and soaps for awhile, just until she is a little older.

You really need to read "Rosacea Free Forever" by Laura Taylor (also available in electronic format here: http://www.rosaceafreeforever.info ). It's about how to permanently cure your Rosacea naturally. I cured my Rosacea permanently in only 4 days after reading this.

Stop paying paying each month good money on creams. This is exactly what the pharmaceutical industry wants you to do! They want to milk money from you each month.

Hard telling not knowing... it could be a reaction to eating the nuts. Did you start any new medicines. It does sound like an allergy of sorts.

sounds like petyriasis rosea--alarming to look at,but not dangerous.a common childhood thing-babysat or been around small kids lately?its a virus.go see dr,always best to have things treated and looked at,and it could be something else. it sounds like what i caught working at a daycare center once.i woke up ,took one look, and thought for sure it was fatal!!!!!!but it was just petyriasis rosea.

I hope your doctor is a dermatologist. It sure sounds like you are allergic to something in your environment, but only a good doctor will be able to figure it out.

Could be pityriasis rosea - allergic reaction on any earlier infection. But it is hard to determine what it really is from your description. Doctor must see it!
