Do you think she is a fake or not?

I know she is a real person....I just wondered if some of you believed in her being a prophetess and a psychic.

She is a scam artist. People love her because she tells them what they want to hear.

If a woman asked if her deceased mother is safe on the other side, do you think that Sylvia will say, "no, she is being tortured in fire"? Of course not. Sylvia will say nice things to gain your confidence. She also has a church (of sorts) and she is making big bucks from her books and daily messages, etc.

In the rare chance that she is sincere, don't you think that she should run for President? She would know when the economy is going to dive and then be prepared.. She would know about the next wave of terrorism before it strikes. She would have the army on hand before a hurricane strikes. But like Dionne Warwick and her psychic line that went out of business, these people cannot see into the future. However, they give people something to think about, and people are fascinated with this sort of thing.

She and all psychics are fakes. Use a little common sense people. Psychics would control the economy if they where real..lotteries would have to be shut down and Las Vegas would go bankrupt. Also years and years have gone by and not a single psychic has passed James Randi's million dollar challenge.

I don't believe in Sylvia Browne, based on my belief of the Bible and what it says about psychics and the like. I believe she wants to help comfort people and she tells them what they want to hear. I also think she bases her answers on life experience and experiences of those she encounters. That doesn't make her a fake as I think she is sincere in what she believes.

noooooo not sylvia lol
actually i would not call her a fake .. i really do believe her intentions are good and that she is a medium
but she is very misinformed about many things regarding spirit ... and does over exagerate for the ratings
just not my favourite tv medium
give me John Edwards any day .. he is much more genuine and works like a real spiritualist medium

She has been around long enough to believe in herself very strongly. I don't think she could answer that question. I am still very intrigued by her and go from one side to the other constantly. ....not the other side...you catch my drift.

Her body may be real, but she is a fraud - there are no psychics, and even if there were, one would think that they would have a better average of telling the future - hers stinks.

I think she is a fake. Her and all those other people like her feed off of our desperation and ignorance.

I lost all respect for Montel.

No, she's a real person. She doesn't have any divine, supernatural, or otherwise paranormal powers though. There is a logical explanation for everything that she does.
