Why do people who have kids disregard people who choose not to have kids as people who don't know when someone is a shoddy parent?

Because they live in the world of theory and Hollywood reality.
I once was ready a parent rearing book to help with different issues that were coming up with my children and when i got to the end of the book the author writes that she wold never have children - well I just took that book and threw it away - it was obvious that the author has never lived 24/7 with a child that whines or is constantly asking for attention.
to be a mother is the hardest job there is and she will always be criticized what ever she does - so you need really thick skin and enough love in your heart just to enjoy raising your child

well are you a bad mother? if you think you are doing fine then take no notice of the abuse your getting from these people

This Karma will come back to them! Wait till they have kids of their own! There are alot of people out there that are so busy pointing out what's wrong with other people's ways of doing things! Honestly, they don't know what they are talking about....but if, and when, they have kids of their own.....they will understand how hard it is to be a mom! Hopefully they will give birth to the spawn of the devil himself! ha!

Some people don't understand that children need discipline and if they don't get it from you they will get it from the law later.

I am a parent and have never come across such a comment, the comments you have made are very harsh.
