Getting an exercise ball can be helpful and fun.They have been been used by physical therapists for decades. It's one of the safest and most effective training devices for the abs and lower back. Lying on the exercise ball, your hips curve down so you start your exercise at a greater range of motion than you would lying flat on the floor. This means more of the abdominal muscle gets trained.

Sounds like a good plan... Try some spidey man push-ups, they will work the arms and abs at the same time and give you a little variety. Good luck!

Well, you can try leg raises and scissor legs ;)
Another great exercise I know is inline skating.. if you want to learn and am in SG but dun want to pay.. I know a great group of young people who teach FOC :)
Not only does it remove your tummy, also shapes up the whole body...

Dancing is great for the abdominals and it is fun. Also the new thing is the stip tease exercise. You can actually buy a pole that you set up and it is a great ab workout. Try http:/www.stipxpertease.com and http:/www,platinumstages.com

You should buy that exercise ball it will give you better resistance.They come in different sizes. I got mine from Sportsmart and all you have to do is pump it up with air. Hope this helps.

hanging leg raises. standing knee raises. Pretend you have your hands hooked around the back of someone's neck and knee them in the imaginary nose one knee at a time obviously. don't forget to eat. food.
