The PC answer to your question is freedom.More realistically the truth is MONEY.The answer to most of your ? in life will be money remember this and you will understand why things appear so messed up.For example:Our so call problem on the southern border with Mexico.Mexicans come to this country to get jobs and MONEY they spend lots of it and I mean a lot of money on food to homes. This is why there is nothing being done about illegal immigration,Mexicans have caused an economic boom for the States and nobody I mean nobody is going to interfere with the MONEY.Remember this and life will be easier for you young one. Good Luck!

Because America has the weakest legal system in the world. They know they can come here, commit crimes, and get off, legally. In countries where they remove body parts for crimes, crime is virtually non-existent (they must be doing something right).
