CPT is an annoying robust pig-man who sits at his work desk and writes every question out with a 'CPT' in front of it.
Also, he has at least 25 id's he scrolls through, and I suggest you start reporting him! LOL... nah, but, that's what CPT is. A reference to oneself in the Third person.

I don't know, but I do like Nikki's answer. I'm thinking it doesn't really mean anything and that guy (or girl) just wants to be able to easily see his/her own questions when searching for questions to answer.
