I can only see a blue screen on camcorder playback (panasonic PV-GS50D)?

It was working last time I used it. I tried different tapes, still no sound or video. I cant even view it through the lens. Also the counter doesnt move BUT I can hear the tape running and I have to rewind it, so I know its moving. The card works and I can view photos and videos from the card on the screen.. just not the video.
Please help, this is driving me crazy!! Thanks.

Sounds like it would help if you went to the Panasonic website and accessed the customer support. That maybe the only way you get your issue resolved.
