that's 62.5 miles above ground anyone who flies more than 50 is apparently an astronaut according to one website.... have you never seen a satellite going over. they're just bright starts that move fast but you can still see them...
so if you happened to be in a craft that was flying at 330000feet the likelihood is that you'd just show up as a point of light if you looked from the right place at the right time.
as for a plane in space apparently the X-15 is one of the fastest and highest flying aircraft in the world,
this website says:
http://hypertextbook.com/facts/2001/DanaWollman.shtml
"In 1963, the X-15 raised the altitude record to 67 miles (108 km)."
see it on :
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X-15
and
http://www.globalaircraft.org/planes/x-15_hyper.pl
and it was manned, highest planes says these hold the records :
http://www.aviationtrivia.homestead.com/highest.html
Manned aircraft: X-15
Drone aircraft: X-43A
Jet aircraft under power: A-3J
U.S. jet aircraft zoom: F-104
Absolute jet aircraft zoom: MiG-25
Propeller aircraft: Helios
Piston engine aircraft: B-29
Piston single-engine drone: Perseus B
Piston multi-engine drone: Condor
Cargo Aircraft: C-17
Helicopter: SA-315
Sea Plane: F2Y
Single engine turboprop: Egrett
Medium weight jet: U-2
Sustained horizontal flight: SR-71
it also depends what the person is looking with, you'd probably be able to see the craft pretty well with a realy good telescope but looking at the pictures of the craft i don't think anyone would be able to tell it was you driving it.

330,000 IMPOSSIBLE for a plane to fly that high
33,000 some people are saying that an aircraft wont fly that high, well I am a flight attendant and the cruising altitude is usually about 32,000 ft, so to the people saying it is impossible really learn your facts please.
I cant tell you if it can be seen from the ground, but a few things can be seen in the aircraft looking down, but not so clear

You cant possibly be viewed from the Earth's surface at 330,000 feet as you would be outside of the Earth's atmosphere, besides you would need some sort of rocket to get that high anyway.

At 33 thousand feet, the usual height for an airliner, they could see the plane but not your face. At 330 thousand feet, among the astronauts, (which is the number in the question) no one would see you.
