Hahaha! Good one!
When my son was four years old he came home announcing that his new friend, the little girl who had just moved in next door, was named Elithabeth. We tried to tell him her name was Elizabeth, but he would have none of it and insisted that she knew what her own name was and happily called her Elithabeth from then on.
If people who can't say 's' want to lithp, then that's okay too.
