I know I'm a grammar/spelling/language freak, but is anyone else bothered to bits when people write "ect." instead of "etc."?

That bothers me sooo much! I'm a grammar/spelling freak too. I won my county spelling bee every year from 2nd-8th grade. Bad spelling pisses me off. I swear I'm gonna lose my spelling skills if I keep going on the internet so much and see people putting stuff like "truely", "than" instead of "then" or vice versa, etc.

We of the Electro-Convulsive Therapy (ECT) association don't find this amusing, instructive, useful, etc.

yep-I'm a nut about it too. How about "fly." for family, or random quotation marks, suggesting that the word they're using isn't really the "word" they "meant" to "use"?

Seriously, though, I to (too) catch those little mistakes your (you're) talking about. There (their) (they're) always mixing that crap up.
