You should be praying for more understanding were you're wife is concerned. I mean, when was the last time you washed the kitchen floor? Kinda hard to 'feel' sexy when you work like a mule.
That said, I suggest you bring the subject up with your wife. Maybe then you two could pray together.

Rather than praying for more sex maybe you could pray for a solution to make her want mores sex. Try talking to her... maybe help out more around the house.
They actually did a study on this and it stated that men in Sweden have the best sex lives but men in Sweden also spend more time cleaning and doing chores than any other nationality.

Not at all. But also look at what is going on in your wife's work, are you also parents, especially of small children? There are many stresses that can make a wife not want sex. TALK TO HER support her and all she has going on in her life! If she feels supported & loved in stressful times it will definately improve your sex life.

No. I once paid my husband for a sexual favor.
Ok, I guess THAT doesn't make it right! But my vote is no. I can't imagine how it could be considered wrong.
********
OMG, I could do the right thing and erase my answer since I misunderstood it (read pay for pray). But I'd hate to rob someone of as good a laugh as I had at my own expense.
My answer stands regardless of whether you're paying or praying.

After 5 kids, beleive me I have uttered that prayer myself. You try having a romantic evening with a 2 year old crawling in bed with you because they lost their favorite toy.
Sex is a wonderful thing that God has blessed us with. But if it is just not happening, pray that you would have the satisfactions that God does grant you and that he would provide other opportunities to renew the passion you had when you first got married.

I don't think so. I would just pray about what might be keeping her from having enough sex with you. For example- has she been depressed? Is she on a medication that decreases sex drive? Just stuff like that.

At first the title as "Is it wrong to pay ..."
LOL.
No. Sex is a blessing given to married couples.
Although talking to your wife would also be a good idea.

I don't think it's wrong, but I think you might find it ineffective. You can get your wife to WANT to have more sex with you all by yourself. Romance her, cuddle with her, love her, make her feel like the beautiful woman she is and you may find she won't take her hands off you. Good luck and blessed be.

Nope. If you find that you don't get the answer you want though, a better prayer might be that you two grow closer in your relationship to God and to one another so that your sex lives will improve.
