My hair is jet black and i had some color in it already only on the bottom though but i dyed it purple. and my hair is turning kind of orange on the bottom now/.... can i just put some purple back into it. is it safe to do so ?/ thanx

I don't know about how safe it is, but if you're going to a color like purple...try using Manic Panic next time. It stays in well and doesn't really fade out. You may also want to try bleaching out the part you are dying before putting the color in.

Yeah you can probably put more purple on the bottoms, but do NOT bleach it again if you did before. The bottoms of your hair are probably really fragile if you dye it alot so just be careful!

Yes, it's safe but be prepared for split end damage. Check the product you're using and make sure it's not temporary or wash out with so many shampoo's. If it's permanent than switch to a better brand.

No, you have to wait at least 1 month. If you put more color on your hair now, it will get damaged and it could even fall off.

well it is safe but your hair shouldn't be fading after 4 days get a profesional to sort it out for you if you colour your hair every 4 days it will become very dry and awful :s

What do the instructions say? Some dyes can injure your hair or scalp if applied too often.

I'd phone a salon and ask cause that sounds strange, I don't see why you couldn't color it right away.
