I would really try to answer this question if it made any sense. What does "flick off" mean? And it comes down to a "he said/she said" situation if one student says another did something but the other student denies it, so discipline would be difficult.

Possibly - it would depend on the seriousness of the incident ( I don't know what 'flick off' means either!). The teacher's action would depend on that. Try not to worry too much, but you'll have to face up to whatever happens. Remember in future that every action has a reaction. At least you may have just learned a valuable lesson!
