I totally agree. They need to make a decision and try something. Something is better than nothing. Both sides agree that the illegal immigrants need to be kept out. Now they just have to do it.

Agree - but it is fantasy with our current political structure.

The biggest benefit of illegal immigration goes to the wealthy and they pay the campaign contributions of both the Democrats and the Republicans. No politician is going to rid the US of illegals regardless of what the voters want because we don't pay them.

I fear they do agree...on how to get that block of votes and not on what the legal citizens want.
Of the two parties the republicans seem to have more congress critters that want to stop the illegals from entering and address the issue.
To abolish all parties is in essence creating one...which is how I perceive the goal of those that expound that ideology.

The Democrat and Republican parties need to disband, and stop clogging up the electoral process with unqualified candidates more interested in their own political agendas than doing their job.

My position is that WE need to get the job done and pick whomever will do it properly, regardless of party. I don't like the record of either party on this issue, and will be looking at individual records.

I agree as long as they keep the word illegal in. If they change it to legal then I do not agree.
