I had to do the same thing for my boyfriend. Have her start training numbing her gag reflex. When she brushes her teeth, have her brush her tongue (which is also good for bad breath) and gently push the brush towards the back. Every day, she should be able to bring it back further.
Also have her try different angles. It's different for every girl but one that is good is if she lies on her back with her head a little over the side of the bed and you are standing and basically f*cking her face. It's a good angle because her throat would be straight.
And be patient and understanding! It takes a lot of training on the girl's part to do this.
