you obviously didn't have that much if you hate him so much. You have to get rid of all his numbers, addresses, etc. and pretend that he's dead.

The way I see it, you miss the feeling of being in a relationship & not him. Brakeups are hard, no matter how long or short you were together. It's worst when sex is involved. Sex just instantly bonds you with that person for life. You shared a moment with each other that no one can take away. So with that and all the feelings you had it makes getting over him harder. My advice: Find something to keep you busy, start dating again & SLOWLY remove everything that reminds you of him. If you do it all at once, it could lead you to go back to him & that can just end up hurting you even more if you brakeup again.

I can't seem to forget about my ex. So I just meet up with him to have a good time and get some you know what. I go home, I am happy, and I still have that special part of him that I also love (not as much as I love him though).

I know exactly what you mean. EXACTLY what you mean.

But someone wise once told me that I shouldn't try to forget him. Do you know why? Because his existence and our relationship together taught me so many crucial, valuable, and priceless lessons about life. So don't dwell on him, or all the horrible things he did. Reflect on what he taught you.

Trust me when I say that if you learn well from your experience, it really prepares you for your process of healing, and yes, even when you meet a new guy.
