Of course, that is why it is our(believers in Christ) job to share the gospel and plant as many seeds as possible to those that are lost. God wants to see as many people in His house(heaven) as possible.

This one verse tells me yes: "all of creation speaks of the existence of God, that no man has excuse". I do believe that people will be held accountable at judgment for what they know, not what they don't know. There may be someone who lives in a jungle in the Amazon who never hears about Jesus, never hears about the Bible. He would not be held accountable for the same knowledge as say, others who have heard the gospel and rejected Jesus Christ.

How God determines salvation with regard to these things, I don't know. I do believe about God that He is perfect in all His ways.

Probably not. If someone's threatening you with a horrible alternative, they aren't giving you much of a choice, are they? If the alternative to God's love was to spend eternity with a Beer Volcano and much happiness, then I would say there was a choice.

But I already made mine and am quite happy, thank you.

Yes, every person MUST have a chance to accept or reject the gospel. God would not be a fair and just God if it was not that way.

Of course! He gives thousands of chances. Even on one's deathbed, there's a chance. All you have to do is accept him as your personal savior and into your life and live by his Word. But yes, there is tons of chances.
