This is grammatically correct. But I would eliminate the "ladies-and-gentlemen," the passive voice, and the other speech-like stylistics. I'd simply say:
By working cooperatively, we can assure that our society is a just and prosperous one.
(Better isn't needed. It's too general.)

It is not correct.
And, it is too wordy for a brochure. Leave out the entire first sentence. I fyou must keep it, leave out "ladies and gentleman," and "very much".
Rewrite the entire second sentence. Break it up into 2 or 3 sentences.
