Human beings are not reincarnated. You have one try at living a spiritual life and this is it.
The Lord reforms and regenerates from the inside and outside at the same time and when the physical body passed the reformation and regeneration stops.

Not that Ive heard of...Wouldn't that be interesting if someone did come forward? People don't want to be anything "bad" in this life time, let alone admitting to Hitlers horrors in another.

I know a guy who is convinced he is.
He thinks that's why bad things happen to him.
He's not like "hey I'm hitler... wheee!"
he's like "why am I being punished I must have been hitler in my last life"
and yes, he is in therapy!
