He doesn't even know me but I like him and how do I get him to notice me and we both are no older than 15 yrs. old

This presents an issue.
Being that he is only "no older than 15" he still might have a little of that "girls have cooties" thing going on. If he is mature enough, just walk up and introduce yourself and ask him out. He will appreciate that. If not, start catching eyes. You don't even understand how catching a girl looking at you, her holding your gaze for a minute, and then looking away does. He will be intrigued.

haha i have the same problem but you just have to stay cool and start to talk to him i know thats hard but you have to find out what you both like then start a conversation .
or maybe you could drop something like a book or something infront of him and he picks it up voila a conversation has started ;):P you only live once and to be a teenage is the best if you dont go up and talk to him your gonna regret it for life !!!!!!

Just be yourself.
There isn't really a way to get anyone to notice you particularly unless you do something major like dress differently or act differently, but you don't want to do that.
Just talk to him, ask him if he wants to hang out, be friends first. If you have a school dance or event coming up soon, ask him if he wants to be your date.
Get him to notice you by showing who you are.

try wearing a cute outfit and a little makeup but mot much if u are allowed 2 !GO up and talk 2 him works like a charm .

ok.. walk up to him and introduce yourself and tell him u would liek to get to know him better if u r pretty good looking he will go for it trust me i am a guy ik how they work... then just talk to him alot and when he gets to the point were he likes u too he will ask you out...GOOD LUCK
