no dear cancers are generally painless

thats why peolple die even before they go to a doc...
go to a doc
if there is some kind of discharge
if the area is hot
if u can feel a bump
if the shape of nipple is changing
if the skin is changing texture or colour,
if u are having fever

otherwise just put on some cold cream
and wear a loose dress

Stabbing Nipple Pain

No, not likely - its probably either a pulled muscle somewhere which has hit a nerve (and it just happens part of the nerve ends on your nipple) or it could be a heart muscle strain which could do the same thing. I would go get looked at though.

Oddly enough i get pains like that when i have gas that is stuck. After i feel the pain high like that, i can usually feel it trace it's way up or down from there. It could be many things though - your body could be changing and it could be PMS. Cancer doesn't usually hurt like that. If it stays on your mind, go check with your dr, but i wouldn't worry too much. Good luck.

Sounds as if your nipple needs attention.
