SURE they do!! Any kind of emotional baggage you may be carrying around, or emotional scars that have not had a chance to heal will impact your current state of mind. Therapy can help you uncover these issues, talk through them and learn coping mechanisms to handle stress and the like... Good luck!!

Anything in our lives that we think of as "unresolved", we are most likely going to try to think of ways to either
1) Avoid the issue
2) Fix the issue
Both of those things can bring the problem up inside of you in many different ways. Getting depressed may be your way of trying to deal with whatever the unresolved issue(s) is/are.

sure they do, its like carrying around extra heavy baggage all the time, it is very tiring for your brain. please take the time to get some help so you can put down that baggage and walk thru life a little easier
