it's not a matter of Scorpios getting along, rather a matter of whether or not the two people involved can get along. don't dwell on meteorological signs.

Considering horoscopes and everything related to it is just a general statement that could apply to anybody, yes. If you don't think that you'll get along with someone, you won't. According to horoscopes, I should have killed my best friend long time ago.
