That's a freakist question ever asked but the only questions are ones aren't asked so keep on asking. And the answer to this one is when you fart cover your nose.

Welllll.... if you've eaten egg....then it might smell a bit like egg?
Assuming the animals you eat are dead by the time they reach your stomach, then I guess that particular fart would smell a little bit like a dead animal... yet cooked I hope! lol
I hope that clears some things up...
Oh just for the record they shouldn't ALWAYS smell like that... if they do, maybe you should eat some more fruit and veggies!!

The smell of your farts depends on your diet.
Most of the gas you pass when you fart is actually air that you taken in with your food, if you do not burp it back up the air travels down your gut. When the air reaches your large intestine it can pick up the smell of your poo. There are two chemicals called indole and skatole that give poo its characteristic odour. (These same chemicals are present in small quantities in some vegetable such as cauliflower, which is why the two things can smell similar!) This air is pushed out of your rectum by the muscle movements of your gut (peristalsis) when you fart.
In humans, only a very small percentage of the gas in fart is methane. Which contrary to popular belief has NO smell. (The methane in natural gas has a chemical called mercaptan added to make it smelly, so that you notice a gas leak in your house).
You have a large number of 'friendly' bacteria in your gut that digest the fibre in the food that you eat (your body is unable to digest fibre itself). When they respire these bacteria produce gases that also have to be expelled through the anus as a fart. Sometimes these bacteria make a gas called hydrogen sulphide as a by product of respiration. This is the same gas used in stink bombs and smells of bad eggs.
The loudness and pitch of your farts depends on the pressure of the gas escaping your anus and the size of the hole it makes when you fart, a bit like when you whistle through your mouth!

Because of the foods you eat! and your farts will not smell unless you have poop so if your farts smell you might think about going to the rest room and get rid of it!

I guess your farts smell bad for one good reason:
You have some nasty bacteria in your gut. Buy some yakut!

thanks for asking that question, I am now enlightened. Most of my farts smell of eggs and I couldn't quite place the smell of the other ones!
