well it will start around 11- 13 but can go until around 15 or 16, it depends on genetics, talk to your parents, you will generally start around the time that they did. don't worry about it though, no one escapes it or misses it. it will come sooner or later.

posible 21 but some times if there is a medical problem it may noyt happen I would segest if the get to 17 or 18 with no sighn of develpm,ent they sould see their Dr
