Hmmm...this depends on TWO things: Does the other person keep their area clean and smelling nice & do they return the favor? If so then I am all for it IF these two guidelines are followed, if notthen it's a complete waste of time. Then people complain when a person is down there and they do not know what they are doing. There is just that fact if it is the first time they are with you: AND THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT GETS YOU HOT AND BOTHERED!! LOL This is jsut what I think though...
