well it's loveeverybody again the help i recieved was helpful meaning i've downloaded the exact driver for the same lexmark z715 printer i have and the problem now is that it still won't print also i even went 2 wizard and it keeps saying cannot install because can't find necessary software please tell me i'll be able 2 print today.what do i need 2 do now

take it back to where you bought it from something is wrong with it.

Well personally I will never buy another Lexmark. The tech support stinks and the ink cartridges are expensive. Now when you downloaded the driver did you also install it? If it downloads as an *.exe (executable file) you need to double click on the file to execute installation of the driver. Otherwise I would guess it's probably something wrong with the printer.

Throw it out the window and buy an HP or Epson. I hate Lexmark. I used to have a Lexmark that worked for about three months before it broke. Not to mention that the ink lasted about two weeks and costs almost as much as the printer for black and color together.

Did the printer come with installation CD. If you still have that, then use it to re-install the printer driver, etc.
