I sometimes have to wake up b/c my mouth taste nasty and i have to spit out saliva.

Try to sleep lying on ur back. The problem with salivating is because ur mouth is open. If u try not to sleep on ur side or u try to close ur mouth (that is if u're aware), it'll help. This was what the doctors recommend.

Try to sleep in a position by lying face up.

People drip saliva during sleep is because their mouth is open.

Limit your intake of liquids at least 2-3 hours before bedtime. That might help. Also if you drink a lot of soft drinks that can cause you to salivate more. Just cut back on liquids before bedtime.

sounds like u hve a tooth problem.....go visit a dentist...maybe u hve a tooth decay tat u hve not notice...

try sleeping face-up....n try closing ur mouth when u sleep...
