I just don't know what the best way to explain to him about waiting for sex and safe sex. I have ask my husband to talk to him about it, but my husband hesitated. What is the best way for me to approach my brother? Is it appropriate for me to talk to him about sex? if it is or not, then what is the appropriate way? He doesnt know that I know.

It's natural for boys that age. I'd worry if he wasn't trying to get laid.

Just tell him about the risks (pregnancy & STD) and give him condoms. Also, make sure he knows how to properly use them to reduce the risk of breakage.

Most of all, don't preach to or judge him, because he will tune out any good advice that you might have been able to share.

A 16 year old boy wanting to have sex is not very shocking. If you talk to him straight up about it, he will probably blow you off but it won't hurt anyone and may end up getting through to his head (the one on top of his neck). Right now he will most likely communicate with the other head. Where are you guy's parents? He should already know the precautions of having sex.
You could also just casually bring it up in conversation.

its the parents job. but if he lives with you under your roof then its your job, why your husband wont talk to him is beyond me, sex is a normal part of life, you need to teach him about being resposible for his actions of having sex. not the details of how to have sex there a books my sister used on called the joys of sex, my daugter used to ask me all kinds of questions about sex when she was 16 from stuff she heard at school, an i just told her if they were right or wrong. or told her to ask my wife if it was more the a basic question. i didnt go into any details, not with todays society, i was worried about what people would think if she went to school an said your wrong my dad told me this but just be open an honest with him its a hard time in a boys life, an make him feel like hes coming to you for answers not you going to him, theres a site called literotica.com where you can find stories about first time sex

um its normal and there is nothing wrong with it. try handing him some condoms n telling him if he ever needs 2 talk ur door is always open. oh n when u hand him the condoms tell him the truth that having sex can be great but unless u want a disease or children its best 2 keep his jimmy covered.

I think by you being his sister and his blood family. That you should be the one to talk to him about sex. Or your parents. Just sit him down and let him know that there is something that you have to talk to him about. Get some reading materals from your Dr. and some condoms.

Teenagers have this crazy obsession about sex... And it's normal! Maybe you should not talk to him about that, he'll feel ashamed and he surely won't listen to you... Just let him do whatever he pleases. Besides, are you sure he's still virgin?

i would not hardship approximately it too lots suitable now - i be responsive to this is demanding, listening to all this gossip, although bear in concepts that boys his age are greater into faffing approximately than 30 twelve months old women human beings. Plus, if he considers her a cousin, he could have adequate sense to be responsive to that that style of element isn't suited. To me, it would not rather sound too undesirable - maximum folk might react the comparable way if your son's long previous by way of a rapid substitute - it may desire to be only which you're paranoid as you're by surprise greater responsive to how beautiful she is and that your son is spending greater time together with her. once you're worried, attempt chatting with the female, & attempt to communicate the project. she would be in a position to surely have her own life to run, to not be jumbled at the same time with 16yo boy subject concerns. attempt to decrease how lots time they spend at the same time - in case you be responsive to the female nicely adequate, she could understand your concerns. in spite of the shown fact that, your son is permitted to sleep with whoever he desires, now that he's sixteen. although, this is a touch creepy if that guy or woman's almost two times your age - thinking purely a twelve months in the past, it would be considered paedophilia. do not hardship approximately it, yet refer to her to show your concerns. She could understand, as long as you supply it a gentle touch, extremely than storming in & confronting her. desire this helped.
