First things first, throw out all the really junky food in your house. Leave a bowl of fruit out so if you have a craving for something sugery, grab an apple. Fruits taste sweeter but have less sugar b/c they have natural fructose sugar. And they fill you up faster b/c of the fiber. When you happen to grab a junky snack, stop yourself and think of all the bad stuff that's in it and how it makes you sick. If you still have a craving for it, than eat only enough to satisfy you. This prevents yourself from overindulging later on. Also, you should try exercising regularly. It makes your body crave for foods that have more nutrients so you can be more energized and plus, it feels great b/c your releasing endorphins. Well, good luck!

What is your motivation for dieting in the first place? Keep reminding yourself why you started dieting. If that doesn't motivate you anymore, find another reason for sticking with it. Maybe you wanted to fit into your summer bikini, and now that summer has passed, time for another reason to eat healthier and exercise! I find it helps to have short and long-term things to help me stay motivated. For example, I want to fit into the next size down in blue jeans, a fairly short-term goal, but I also want to look great for my next high school reunion, which is next April. I'd probably fall off the wagon if I only had April 2007 in my sights.

Take a picture of yourself in a bathing suit and look at it when you feel like eating. Buy a really cute top in the size that you're trying to reach and look at it/think about it when you want to eat junk. Search for some low fat meals you can make and try to bring more variety into your diet so it doesn't seem like such a chore. Treat yourself every so often to something bad like a chocolate bar, for example if you stuck to your diet all week let yourself eat what ever you want for one dinner on the weekend as a reward.

Choose a healthy diet, set an atainable time and weight goal schedule working out into your life (it allows you to burn fat when idle) and stick to it as best as you can. Weigh yourself every day and record your progress. I also added "The Google 15" to my google home page which allowed me to track my progress on a daily and monthly basis for weight, very handy. It also has motivational quotes as you go towards and away from your goal. A workout buddy or an activity partner is great as well.

buy an expensive outfit that u know you always wanted to wear but would never be able to fit into . make sure it's about 2 sizes to small and hang it up some place in your room you know you are going to see every day. when ever u go to eat something and u see that outfit before or after you eat it it will be a constant reminder of how close u are to fitting into it the less u eat and the farther you are u fitting into it the more you eat.

Those are questions only you can answer. Motivation and the desire to adjust our body can only come from inside. Trying to find motivation outside yourself, never works.

My sturdy acquaintances be responsive to that they could divulge to me. not purely using fact I won't breach their self belief, yet using fact they be responsive to if I supply them suggestion, i'm going to shoot immediately with them. I won't sugar-coat something. I won't repeat those issues notwithstanding in the event that they forget approximately to inquire from me to not. then lower back, i admire a quote that Mae West as quickly as coined: "you start to maintain secrets and strategies, and your secrets and strategies will keep you."
