All cheese is good for you. It's a condensed form of milk and you could basically live on milk as it has all the nutrients, proteins and nonsense like that in it so cheese is just as good. 30grams of cheese is equivelent to 500millilitres of milk.

Cheese is the most delectible thing man has yet invented. It comes in so many different flavors, that if you dont like one kind, there is bound to be another that you DO like. Cheese goes good with crackers, bread and butter, on sandwiches, on mashed potatoes, in tomato soup, in chili, with apples, or just by itself. There's no end to the possibilities of cheese. To eat cheese is to taste pure heaven. So I would say YEAH, cheese is goooooood! :)

yes, because it has calcium and vitamin d so it's good for your bones. my mom says cheddar cheese is especially good. I'm not sure why. but too much cheese can cause high cholesterol so be careful!
