i am so angry. he threatened/intimidated me into giving him more than a day's wages. i gave it thinking he must be really broke.. then he spends it on drugs to get trashed. now he wants me back + is sorry for upsetting me. what's going on here? i was trying hard to save the cash for a holiday. but i was so angry on the day that i smoked half the stuff myself. so am i right to be angry? i would not have dreamt of buying drugs with my hard earned cash under any other circumstance

He is not your boyfriend..... he is your EX-boyfriend.
Don't forget those two letters, those are the two most important ones.
You gotta ditch him. Even though he seems like he's sorry, you smoked half of it with him.
He'll never think that you are serious about not blowing your dough on dope now. You pretty much have given him a reason to pull the same crap again. He got away with it once, and you participated in the outcome. Other than you acting a bit peeved about it, what exactly were the consequences for his foul behavior?

It sounds like you have an addict on your hands. I don't refer to someone that occasionally parties as an addict either. I think it's in your best interest to not get back together with him. If you do really love him, you could go about trying to get him help, or at least tell him that he needs to get help.
I think you are justified in being pissed off. As far as smoking half of the drugs, that may have been a bit hypocritical, but it's exactly what I would have done myself, if not taken all them for myself, cause I am spiteful that way.

he needs to spend a LONG time on his own (by means of you ditching his a*s.
dont even worry about other girls taking an interest, the only girls who get him will be someone who's just as sad as him, in which case, its a further recipe for disaster.
He needs help cause if he doesnt realize what a pig he was then he's in deeper than you think. Even if he is sorry, if he claims he 'couldnt help himself' then its probably just as bad.
imagine you got married and have kids?? if you cant see yourself doing this with him then dont channel more energy / time in his direction, get out, and get someone else who's more worthy of your time. he'll probably try to lay a guilt trip on you by saying you're not being there for him when he needs you, but the truth is, you can't be there for someone when they expect you to be a little lamb to the slaughter. no one needs that abuse. take care.

This is not a healthy relationship, you need to wake up, you should read your copy and know this relationship, is doomed. Get out and find someone, who you can have a loving and drug free relationship. Want more for yourself.Stop beating yourself up, and at least try and seek happiness for you.

Although its part your won fault. Hel&()*( no you should not take himback, does he have a job? does he respect you? does he use drugs? I believe you will answer NO to at least 2 of these questions. Screw that, you can do bad by yourself.
