Calories from fat are already included in the CALORIES part, it just shows u how much of them are from the fat. Dont go over 2000 a day and you'll lose weight. You probably burn about 2500 a day.

You can try www.2424milk.com They have calculators that calculate haw meny calories you've burned while doing a certain activity. They also calculate how many calories you should intake daily depending on your height, and weight. Plus, they have great tips, and show you regular day activities (cleaning, and what not) that can help you burn calories. They also have tips, and fun and little ways to burn a few extra calories (even at school or work). To answer you question, The calories from fat are already included on the calories part of the nutrition facts. Also, stay away from foods high in trans fats. Good Luck!!

Your calorie intake, one gram of fat is 9 calories so yes eat low fat foods = eat low calorie foods, you can easily lose weight just go on a diet, a boring day without leaving home or doing any exersize burns 1200 calories on average, so if you just go on a bit of a diet and do more walking you can increase the calorie loss to about 1000 calories a day, in a week thats two pounds, and its just about will power, its so simple, just be strong, trust me i know the feeling, Good luck!!

i am watching my calorie intake and 20-30% of it should be good fat,ex olive oil , flex oil
try to eat protein , carbohydrate and veg also good fat so you will not be so hungry. like around 40% carb, 30% protein, 20 % good fat and 10% veg. drink lot of water. you ll be fine
ahh and your calorie intake should be in between 1000 - 1600 depends on your weight and your flame.

you need to calculate total calories in the food-not just fats.you can't reduce weight in a week or month.if think so that just loosing Ur body water.u should have a steady low calories diet rich in vitamins and minerals with exercises.best of luck

first off stop the snack foods,, second watch the fat, third is sugars,
drink lots and lots of water too, pee like crazy but flushes out system

You don't need to bother with all that jazz if you just eat healthy things and exercise. This is said so much, but a lot of people don't bother to exercise.
