someone is looking after my kids for 6 days in februrary so am looking for a good place to go to - outside of uk - the sort of place you wouldnt take young kids to. Cost is not a major issue as it is a one off. Any ideas?

Easy! Barcelona. It's the best city in Europe to see and by seen. it has something for EVERY agegroup from history and sunshine to sport and food.

Goa, its the summer season (No rain) and very cheap, anywhere from India to Asia are in the summer season.
