it is a metallic material contaning 12% chrimium, 1% molybdenum and 1% vanadium the constituents give the materials good corosion resistant property.

It's a kind of steel used in Power Plant building. The "Cr", "Mo", and "V" stand for Chromium, Molybdenum & Vanadium that are added to the steel to customize its tensile strength, motility and fragility.
