Kids can go in2 Pubs & can sometimes B served alcohol with a meal.

in ALL europe is 18 but is not enforced (just in england at saturday night)
in england you cannot enter to a pub if you are less than 16 (but it is alway enforced just in saturday night !!)...
i'm italian and i've been there..
